- The Manipal Marathon website information may not always be complete or updated and is provided “as is” without warranties on accuracy, availability, or performance.
- Website content is for personal, non-commercial use only; commercial use, reproduction, framing, systematic downloading, or altering proprietary notices is prohibited.
- Website use must comply with applicable laws; access ends upon breach, and MAHE owns all rights to content, software, trademarks, and logos. MAHE is not responsible for third-party links or external website content.
Registration & Communication
- Participants must provide accurate personal details including ID, photograph, and blood group; all registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.
- A valid, accessible email must be provided; emails sent are considered received. Add contact@eventzalley.com to your safe sender list; continued website use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
Participant Responsibility & Medical Requirements
- Participation in endurance sports involves risk; you participate at your own responsibility and must be medically fit, and medical information must be provided if requested.
- Organizers are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or health issues during or after the event, nor for pre-existing conditions or medical expenses.
Liability & Indemnity
- MAHE, organizers, sponsors, and associated entities are not liable for injury, illness, accident, death, or loss arising from participation, including communicable diseases or force majeure events.
- Participants waive all claims against organizers, sponsors, officials, and partners and agree to secure MAHE for any misuse of the website or event platform.
- Organizers are not responsible for participants’ personal belongings or valuables lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
- Organizer liability, wherever applicable, is limited to the registration fee paid, and refunds will be processed only as per the cancellation policy.
Data & Media Usage
- Personal information may be used for event administration, safety, communication, promotion, and statistical purposes; it will not be sold and may be shared only with authorized event partners including Procam International.
- Participants agree to receive event updates and promotions via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
Underage Participation
- Underage participants in timed categories participate at their own and their parent/guardian’s responsibility, and organizers are not responsible for such entries.
- A parent/guardian must always accompany any underage participant.
Acceptance
- Participation in Manipal Marathon 2026 confirms full acceptance of all these terms.
